Arthur Terry Teaching School

A professional development opportunity aimed at Middle Leaders who are found in every school and their work can be described in many ways. They can be identified as those who have responsibility for leading subjects, key phases and pastoral responsibilities. Middle Leaders provide leadership for every educational context from Early Years environments to leading departments in Secondary Schools.

AMLP (Aspiring Middle Leadership Programme). This programme is for new and aspiring Middle Leaders in Secondary Schools/Academies.  Leadership development for the Middle Leader role covering: working with others, effective use of data, leading change.

Ethical Leadership This programme is delivered across 6 sessions. The programme, suitable for teachers and leaders from primary and secondary schools, has been designed to explore the link between leadership behaviours and the Seven Virtues.
